IMPORTANT REMINDERS: 

  1. To all SORL Members, please make sure that your membership is active by 2021 to avail the discounted rate exclusive for Members.  
  2. There are 50 registrations for “LECTURE ONLY”.  Once seats are filled, this category will be closed and those who exceeded the number will be informed accordingly through email. 

All rates are subject to 15% VAT.

Cancellation Policy:

·       Cancellation request must be done in writing not later than November 15, 2021 to info@orlabha1.online
·       80% of the registration fee will be refunded if cancellation was made on or before 15th November 2021. Otherwise, no amount shall be refunded.
·       Registration is transferable.  A written request is required addressed to the conference secretariat to facilitate changes of information in the registration not later than November 15, 2021.
·       All refunds shall be made at least 1 month after the congress.

Refund Policy:

When the registrant is unable to attend and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person, the following refund arrangements apply.

Cancellations must be communicated through email to the official conference email address info@orlabha1.online
·       Any cancellations prior to at least 60 days from the conference are refunded 80% of the amount.
·       Cancellation prior to 30 days from the conference will be charged 50% of the total amount.
·       Cancellation less than 30 days from the conference will not be eligible for a refund.
·       No refund for No shows
·       Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. All bank charges incurred are the registrants responsbility. Refund amount is net of bank charges and transfer fees.

·       Membership is not refundable
·       Cancellation requests via telephone or mobile are not honored.
