Dr. Tamer Mesallam, is a Professor of Phoniatrics at ENT Department, College of Medicine, King Saud University, Saudi Arabia. He is the Chairman of Communication and Swallowing Disorders Unit and the supervisor of Laryngopharyngeal Reflux clinics at King Abdulziz University Hospital. Prof. Mesallam has spent 2 years as a Research Fellow at Voice Center, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, Ohio, USA. He is currently the Research Director of the Research Chair of Voice, Swallowing, and Communication Disorders. He has several publications in the field of communication and swallowing disorders.
